Lovely stay at The Castle. Just minutes from Windsor Castle making the visit super easy. Staff were very friendly and helpful and the bed was very comfortable making for a great nights sleep. Thank you for a wonderful stay!

We reserved a junior suite at Castle Hotel Windsor and we were extremely disappointed in the cleanliness and condition of the room. There were stains on the couch in the living room, the building our room was in had a musty odor that did not make a good initial impression, and the carpeting in the room desperately needs a good cleaning. Of the 5 rooms we stayed in during our trip to France and England, this was by far the worst. Maybe the standard rooms in this hotel are better quality and cleaner, but this Junior Suite failed to meet any of our expectations. Since we were only staying for one night, we did not bring this to the attention of staff. The staff at the Leaf restaurant were outstanding. When we arrived, we pulled up to the restaurant entrance in our rental car and the person at restaurant reception gave us directions to the car park entrance to the hotel. The continental breakfast was very good.

A lovely hotel in the heart of Windsor with its convenient location. Room was super spacious, clean and regularly replenished drinks in the fridge. Overall we enjoyed our stay, minor negative points - could hear people stomping around in the room above us and expensive parking in the hotel. We’d recommend it but also open to exploring other lovely hotels in the area.

Great hotel for Windsor Castle
This was a great choice. We were upgraded when we arrived to a king bed room at the front of the hotel with a gorgeous view of Windsor Castle. The room was spacious, clean, the bed was comfortable as were the pillows. The bathroom was very clean and spacious and the hair dryer worked wonderfully...hot and high blowing. The restaurant area is beautifully decorated and the staff was sooooooo kind and attentive. This couldnt be in a better location and what a treat to stay in such an historic property.

Room was clean and tidy but decor was a bit weathered in places. Bar area was functional. Breakfast in Georgian Suite was disappointingly cold but was plentiful and tasty. Staff were helpful and pleasant throughout the stay. Cost of parking was excessive for residents. On the whole an enjoyable stay.

We had a lovely stay at the Castle Hotel Windsor. We could walk across the street for our castle tour, and were located very near to many restaurants and pubs. I highly recommend this hotel if you are stopping in Windsor.
