This Hotel is in desperate need of an upgrade. The bathroom sink was backed up to the point where we could not use it. The curtains had a huge rip in them and the carpet was disgustingly dirty throughout the hotel. When checking out, they could not find us in their system. however, after further review showed we were assigned a completely different room than the one we stayed in. We stayed there with our volleyball team, and as a team, we will never book at this hotel again. Did not appreciate my credit card being charged $150 a second time for " incidentals" even though I already paid for the room in total 2 weeks prior to staying there. Terrible experience!!!

The check in was painful. Had booked online. Room we had booked (King Bed) was only on the second floor with no elevator so had to choose a ground floor room with Queen beds. First room, the 3 sets of room keys did not work so they moved us to ANOTHER room. Website said there was a pool but pool has been closed since COVID. Room was clean and quiet but hassle to get there.
