The room was very clean. Beds are super comfortable. The pool was great, it’s heated. There’s also a hot tub which was an added plus. Breakfast was great too. Definitely will stay here again.

Beds are terrible
The beds were so uncomfortable, had to lay sideways and got 3 hrs sleep a nite. Hotel was full so couldn’t switch rooms. If we stayed any longer we would have moved to the new Hyatt place down the street.

Stayed 1 night for business and this was one of the nicest hotels I have stayed at in Windsor. The staff at the front desk were amazing and very helpful and understanding. The room was spotless and other than some road noice it was very quiet. I would recommend this place to anyone looking for a 5 star stay.

The bathromm sink was clogged and full of water.. shower area was having hair . No such options for vegetarian in breakfast buffet except potato. I doubt if the bed was having bugs because my daughter and i got red patches on the back and were scratching the whole night.

All staff was very professional and curteous! They sent a text after check in to see if everything was okay. Hot breakfast had many options. Pool and sauna area were clean with plenty of towels. Our room was very neat and clean. Plenty of restaurants to choose from. Would definitely stay there again! We have stayed at the Riverfront hotels but don’t like to find parking.

The bed was uncomfortable (too soft and lumpy). The sofa bed really needs to be replaced, I could feel every spring and the mattress is completely sunken in the middle.
