Upon arriving we did not get the room with the full refrigerator that we paid for. We were told this was due to expedia booking the wrong room with the hotel. We also paid for the breakfast accomidation with our stay. After trying the number given for room service to no avail we called the front desk and were told to try again in several minutes. After trying again in several minutes we were simply told "she" whoever she was was out back and to try again. We tried again to no avail and called the front desk back. We were told again "she" would call us back. We never got a call back and just ended up paying for 2 days worth of breakfasts we never recieved and using uber eats to spend 70 dollars on breakfast because we were hungry. Paid for a room we never recieved and breakfast we never recieved. Buyer beware. We will never be staying here again.

Needs breakfast variety.
Beautiful hotel, but it would be nice if a continental breakfast was included. We paid for breakfast when we made the reservation, and were a little disappointed. We were there 4 mornings, and breakfast was exactly the same every day! It was eggs, sausage, bacon, potatoes, scones, and yogurt parfaits. Very good, but no variety. An option for waffles, oatmeal, etc. would be great! Other than that, it's a wonderful hotel, clean, beautiful, and great customer service.
