You have to call the hotel from the airport to request the shuttle. We stood waiting for about an hour before we saw the shuttle and the driver explained what to do. We were also at the wrong waiting spot. We were not roaming, so could not call and we found out about the courtesy phone location after the shuttle driver arrived.

It had all the basics, but no hand soap in the bathroom. Shower was nice and good pressure Food was very average and was the same day to day. Decor is dated but sheets are clean and bed was comfortable.

It was really horrible experience Even after paying higher when compared to other places through the Expedia they again debit the charge While calling to fix the problem even after a week the customer service was really bad.
