I booked this hotel for my father after a long trip from the UK. The heating was broken in the room, after trying to turn the heating up all he got was a constant blast of cold air circulating round, so spent the night shivering away (he’s 72 years old). After a terrible nights sleep he found the shower was also freezing cold. The only positive of the hotel was its location to the airport. He did tell the front desk and I tried to ask for a refund, which the hotel denied. Do not stay here, plenty of other options nearby.

Although we needed room for convenience after a long flight the hotel staff were friendly. I was sad to find The bed in the room was absolutely terrible. Completely worn out and we had a terrible sleep. We only had a few hours to rest before we needed to be on the road for another long day of travel and we were exhausted

We had a water leak in our room and they moved us upgrading the room with no issues. The hotel is conveniently located right at the Winnipeg airport which is a plus for early morning flights, so no need for shuttle service.

When booking, we did not realize how close you are to the actual airport runway. You are right next to the actual airport runway. The room we were booked in was outdated, cold, and noisey, due to the planes, taking off. We checked out the very next day. The hotel is not kid/family friendly.

Shower didn’t drain properly. Rooms were not very soundproof as advertised. Power went out and we had to carry luggage down 4 flights of stairs. When we got there we had to wait to park for 20 mins because they were pumping sewage, very smelly.
