I recently stayed at Wood Springs Suites for four nights, and unfortunately, my experience was quite disappointing. From the moment I arrived, I was greeted by a strong smell of weed in the lobby, which was unsettling. My first night on the third floor was particularly disruptive due to constant noise from slamming doors and shouting throughout the night. I was surprised to find that the office closes at 8 PM, leaving only an on-call person available for issues. I called to report the noise, but no action was taken. On the second night, I was moved to the fifth floor, which was quieter—until about 3 AM when the guest next door had a meltdown and started yelling profanities. I again contacted the on-call staff, but since this individual was a long-term resident, no resolution was offered. Eventually, the police were called, and it wasn't until around 4:30 AM that things settled down. The following nights were similarly chaotic, with more yelling and disturbances. On the fourth night, I was kept awake by someone knocking on a door and yelling for the guest to open it. As I was attending a tradeshow in High Point, NC, this lack of sleep severely impacted my experience. Additionally, despite being marketed as a hotel and suite, there were no dishes, coffee maker, iron, cups, or glasses in the room. As someone who travels frequently for work, I can confidently say this was one of the worst hotel experiences I've ever had. I cannot recommend Wood Springs Suites based on my stay

very short staffed; front desk only open 9am-8pm. There is a number you can call off-hours but I didn't get service when I called. The room was not inviting at all. It's ok if you just need a place to stay, but I won't stay there again.

Very inaccurate description
This is a pretty new facility but it will be run down soon as the staff is not very attentive and not available. Rooms come with a kitchen but no kitchen essentials to use. Got there at 4:30 and my room was not ready. Internet was spotting at best and it kept causing the TV to reset constantly. Description online is not accurate at all

After being on the road for 10 hours, we wanted to come to our hotel and relax. As we arrived, I was told that my room wasn’t available after I said we paid ahead of time. After them finally finding a note with my name on it, attitude change to being nice. When we finally got into our room, we obviously looked around to see what we were working with. As we noticed, the hotel room as not clean. There was hair on the bed, shower, and inside the fridge. This hotel is highly rated so this was nothing I was expecting. The one good thing I could say about this place is, the manager did hear me out and I’m working on getting things situated and fixed.

Well, we knew it was going to be an extended stay property, but the fact that they did not even have a piece of soap was pretty disappointing for the amount being charged. Elevator smelled like trash. Regardless of all, the staff was very, very friendly.

The room was dirty and had a terrible odor. The hallway leading to the room smelled awful, as well. There was hair all over the shower walls and the bedside table was corroded with something (God knows what). Will not be back.

The hotel was close to work. It was basically clean. It did have some loud annoying customers next door that made it hard to rest because of their fighting. Someone should walk the grounds and realize that when others are being disturbing they either need to be evicted or fined if they don’t quiet down.
