Located off the 4th hole fairway, this home's grand entry welcomes guest with an open concept family room complete with a stone wall fireplace and a knotty pine, vaulted ceiling. Relax the seasons away on the spacious front deck. A spacious covered porch, outdoor seating, gas grill and fire pit offer the perfect setting for all gatherings from birthdays to boys' golf outings. The Champagne Chalet sleeps a maximum of 20 guests.

The first floor offers five bedrooms, all in which have new smart TV's in them. There are two bedrooms with queen beds and three bedrooms with king beds. The kitchen is fully stocked with all the necessities and gather together with the dining room feature custom made log furniture to add to the Northwoods feel. There are two full bathrooms on the main level for guest convenience. The main floor's open concept flows from kitchen to dining room to the living area. The cozy living space also includes a TV/DVD and 2 queen size sofa sleepers.

Head upstairs to the master bedroom and loft for additional privacy and sleeping arrangements. The loft area has a queen bed while the master bedroom features a queen size, custom made log bed, TV/DVD and an en suite bathroom. The private master bath is equipped with two sinks, walk-in shower and a Jacuzzi tub.

For entertainment value, the Champagne Chalet offers a spacious family/game room. The converted garage is optimally furnished with a TV, Electronic Dart Board Game, Air Hockey, Ping Pong, Pool Table, and arcade game. When the day's fun is over there is a queen sized sofa sleeper to accommodate extra guests. From golf outings to girls' weekends, this is the hang out spot!

For added convenience, this home comes with laundry room with washer and dryer and complimentary Wi-Fi. This house is also in close proximity to Spring Brook's Clubhouse, which is home to the Spring Brook Sports Bar & Grill, indoor/outdoor pools, fitness room, golf course and pro shop. Home sleeps maximum of 20, rates based on 12 people over the age of 3. Extra guest fee of $15/night per additional guest applies. Security Deposit of $500 required.

Above & Beyond
Our stay was for a group of 12 adults in our family for a girls weekend. We even squeezed in a wedding shower as we had all driven many miles to be together. The property is spacious, clean, decorated for Christmas, and was perfect for big group get together. The conversation puts, dining tables and game room easily accommodated us. Plenty of bedrooms and bathroom options. Loved the covered 3 season Porch and wish we could have taken advantage of the outdoor fire pit. It was stacked with wood and lovely area. We will return! The driveway easily held 6 big vehicles, and the Clubhouse has a nice pool area as well.

We enjoyed our long weekend at the Chalet. The kitchen was very well equipped and there was plenty of space for 10 adults and 7 children under age 7. The close proximity to the pool and park was awesome. The only negatives were the beds were noisy and the floor in the living space was very dirty - was icky for the little ones to be on the floor. The staff was very responsive and check in was a breeze - would definitely stay again.

House was great, plenty of room for 14 of us. Excellent communication with any question we had with owner. We filled up the garbage cans and asked where we can put the surplus garbage but maintenance was there within 10 minutes to empty the cans. We cooked every night and had all the essentials available for us.

Great house, wish there was better check-in/out process
The house was exactly what we needed! However, the management company said we couldn’t check in early and must wait till 4pm. However, the day of at 12pm they text me and tell me it’s ready. Knowing that, we could have gotten there much earlier and made plans. Checking out was fine (10am a bit early but doable), but wanted to charge $150 to check out at noon. That is not normal. Overall, had a great time at the house but wish those accommodations could have been met.

Our unit was very clean with lots of room. It was within walking distance to Springbrook bar and grill. The food was great and it was a fun place to watch the Badger game. It would’ve been nice to have more options to watch Wisconsin sporting events in the theater room.

Fun in the Dells
The Champagne Chalet had a large great room and dining room so we could all be together. It also had porches where someone could pull off to be by themselves if they wished. The game room had a pool table, ping pong table, air hockey, darts and an arcade which was a hit with kids, adults and even grandma!

A long weekend with family - our 4 adult children, their spouses, and 8 grandchildren. A total of 18 people. It went very well! Everyone enjoyed the game room, and the indoor/outdoor pool facility was spacious and just a 2 minute walk away.

Great location. Central to everything we needed.
LOVE this property but there are a few things that definitely should be addressed. No hooks/towel bars in any bathroom / hence wet towels scattered. Shortage of mirrors outside bathrooms. Not enough hangers in closets. Floors need to be deep cleaned.
