Great stay always!
Kids loved the pool, little water park, and hot tub! Great location, quiet, and we had our own little wing of the hotel. We’ve stayed here twice so far. Each time was better than the last! We will be back!

Great beds, rooms were clean and didn’t hear noise from the hall or other rooms. Have stayed here before and will again. Enjoy the patio for a breath of fresh air. Courtyard and outdoor pools were great!

The smell in the room upon entry was horrible. A mixture of stale cigarettes and moldiness. There was a splatter of either blood or ketchup on the wall near one of the beds. And the most disturbing is that one bed the sheets were not clean. There was smashed (I hope food) stuck to the sheets. Had teo beds, but we shared one. And the other acter as a place to hold our suitcases. The pool area was decent for smaller children hiwever the outdoor hottub jets did not work. Staff was friendly.

The employees were very friendly and helpful. Location was wonderful but we had a room on the main floor that had a very musty smell!!! Having allergies we had to go to another hotel the second night because the musty room set my allergies off. I was told that the whole hotel is going to be under construction soon to update the rooms. I would definitely stay there again once the bottom floors get an update!!

This was a perfect spot for a family. There is a nice size pool area outside and inside with water slides. We loved the location. Within walking distance for eating, outlet mall and coffee. Within a few minutes of many other attractions. I would definitely stay here again!

Didn't realize how close it was to my childrens favorite spots til actually arriving. Saved a lot on gas because everything they wanted to do was mostly in walking distance, especially FOOD.

This is a great place to stay with smaller children. The water areas are so much fun for them. The room was very clean, the beds & pillows were super comfy. We will definitely stay here whenever we are in the dells. Thanks Wintergreen!

It has friendly atmosphere. I had been there years ago, for conferences and there were so many changes--like the outside water park for children and so forth. I like it since I am more familiar with the place. The staff were friendly and approachable.

We had a lot of maintenance issues during our stay. Our bathroom door wouldn’t close all the way or open all the way, which made the very small bathroom difficult to use. The tub was very slow to drain, I was standing in 10” of water during my shower. With the door stuck half open/half closed we couldn’t bathe the kids during our 3 day stay. I went to the desk my first day about the bathroom door and they said they had no other rooms available to move us to. My kids loved the water park area, although the water was very cold. There are definitely better places to stay in the Dells for the same price we paid. I could have over looked some of the maintenance issues at a lower price point but at $145/night, a working bathroom is a must.
