Concert hotel
The pool and hot tub needed work. No real massage type of feeling in the hot tub. Missing or broken tiles. Not aure how long the owners had been in our hotel but the room itself was nice and much better thqn other hotels in the are we had stayed in before. The owner or manager I talked to seemed to be hurting for workers.

The hotel need to be updated. The bathroom is very small the door squeak when opening and closing. The toilet is really low. There is rarely someone at the front desk. You must ring the bell for service. I really didn't feel safe. I would not stay here again. The hotel was close to lots of attractions.

The area has a smell.the breakfastfood is only bread eggs and sausage.no towels in the pool area(you need to ask everytime you use the pool)theres flies in my room and the coofe machine is not that clean.the hair dryer handle is dirty.

I have stayed at this property a handful of times. It is always very clean and the staff are very friendly. My wall unit ac/heat was really noisy so I unplugged it; luckily the weather was agreeable to my solution to the problem. I enjoyed the hot tub and the overall calmness of this location far better than at the big conference centers.

Stayed at this property twice in a week needing to travel for our business. 1st stay was 10/10. This visit we got to room where someone left window open and heat on for room to be unbearable to walk into, room was moved woke up at 5:30 am to take showers to het on the road and had no hot water. We called desk and was never called back, water drained slow in sink and when leaving and telling issues to front desk we only got they would call plumber. Will not go back.

Over all the place is great. Clean room, compfy beds. We didn't use the facilities or get any breakfast so I can't comment on that. We had a peaceful, stay!

The man checking us in commented more than once that the suite we had reserved was “a lot of room for just you two.” The half empty water bottle on the desk in the room and the used bottles of toiletries in the bathroom were gross. There was a creepy feeling that my son immediately commented on. We left and stayed at a different hotel in a nearby city. I was so uncomfortable that I neither checked out nor asked for a refund.

The best thing during our stay at this facility was taking a good shower. Other than that, the condition of bathroom was unacceptable. The towels and toilet paper were moist due to the toilet continously running, the floor surrounding the toilet stayed wet! Our sleep was disturbed almost the entire time because the toilet made a flushing sound even when it wasn't being flushed. A horrible smell came from the AC unit when I turned it on. The back entrance into the hotel appeared filthy. The mattress had a deep imprint on the upper right side which was uncomfortable. It's disappointing to have spent so much money for what we got. Never again!

Nice hotel - fast check in and close to so many dining options . It is a great location out of the way of traffic and yet right next to everything you want. The hotel was clean and included a free continental breakfast . If you have children this hotel offers passes to Noah’s Ark water park . Overall a good place in the Dells .
