Comfortable and high quality holiday home at 4 star level, suitable for 4 adults and a toddler (up to 3 years). Ideally and quietly located in the triangle between the spa center (approx. 200m), the museum harbor / town center (approx. 350m) and the marina / beach (approx. 500m). On the ground floor (external roller blinds and fly screens) there is the living room (LED flat screen, DVD player, stereo system, etc.) with dining area for 5 people and access to the large terrace with seating and parasol, a separate fully equipped kitchen (dishwasher, microwave, senseo) Machine, extractor hood, refrigerator with freezer and much more), as well as a guest toilet with washing machine, iron and ironing board. On the upper floor there are the two bedrooms (one with a double bed, another with two single beds, original Velux blackout blinds, heat protection, fly screens and LED TVs), as well as the bathroom with shower and toilet. High chair, baby bed, gate, grill, two new 6-speed bicycles and two wheels with parking space and car parking space are also available. It is a non-smoking house, pets are not allowed, WiFi included. Bed linen and towels can be booked for a fee.

Gelungener Aufenthalt
Wir hatten eine sehr schöne Zeit in diesem Ferienhaus. Selten haben wir eine Fewo erlebt, die so gepflegt und so außerordentlich gut ausgestattet ist. Ein großes Lob an den Vermieter. Wir können diese Wohnung uneingeschränkt empfehlen.

Super Ferienhaus für Familie mit bis zu 2 Kindern
Wir waren im August 2024 mit 2 Erwachsenen und 2 kleinen Kindern (1 & 5) für 10 Nächte im Ferienhaus und haben einen wunderschönen Urlaub verbracht. Das Haus ist super, vor allem für Familien mit kleinen Kindern. Hier ein paar Highlights, die dazu führen, dass wir das Haus uneingeschränkt weiterempfehlen können: - sehr freundlicher Vermieter, gute Kommunikation im Vorfeld - nicht riesig, aber groß genug für 2 Erwachsene und 2 Kinder, da tatsächlich zwei separate Schlafzimmer - super Ausstattung: u.a. Treppenschutzgitter, Hochstuhl, Babybett, ein paar Spiele, 2 Fahrräder und etwas Spielzeug für den Strand - super Verdunklungsmöglichkeiten und Insektengitter in den Schlafräumen - gemütliches Doppelbett mit ordentlicher Matratze - Waschmaschine Die Lage war für uns super, genau mittig zwischen Strand Harlesiel und Hafen Carolinensiel. Wir haben uns im Haus sehr wohl gefühlt und werden, wenn es uns wieder nach Carolinensiel verschlägt, definitiv wiederkommen.

Sehr gute Kommunikation mit Herrn Bonse. Herr Bonse hat immer sofort geantwortet, war sehr angenehm.

Schöne Tage verbracht
Trotz des "Schitwetters" haben wir zu Viert schöne Tage verbracht. Man kommt zu Fuß überall hin. Und im Umkreis von 20 km gibt es viele Ausflugsziele. Leider waren noch viele Rastaurants geschlossen.

Carolinensiel und Harlesiel ist ein kleines schönes Städtchen
Wenn man vom Wetter absieht , wir hatten Herbst mit viel Regen im Hochsommer, war der Urlaub mit unserer Enkeltochter (7) sehr schön. Das Haus hatte alles was man so im Urlaub braucht und entsprach vollkommen den Beschreibungen. Wir haben eine Wattwanderung gemacht, waren mit dem Schiff zu den Seehundbänken und auch der große Spielplatz in Harlesiel und der Strand waren super. Bei starkem regen ging es ins Schwimmbad. Auch die Resraurants in der nahen Umgebung und die Einkaufmöglichkeiten waren sehr gut. Was uns fehlte waren Auslaufmöglichkeiten d.h. Spielmöglichkeiten am Haus wo sich die Kinder der benachbarten Häuser treffen können.

Zwei Freundinnen brauchten dringend Auszeit von Arbeit, Alltag und Family. Diese fanden wir in der herrlichen Ferienwohnung von Fam. Bonse! Erholsame Tage
Das Haus hat alles war man braucht. In der Nebensaison ist angenehm dort zu Wohnen man ist nicht weit vom Fährhafen / Nordsee weg. In der Hauptsaison könnte es lauter sein weil es doch dicht bebaut ist. Unser Aufenthalt war sehr angenehm würde immer wieder die FEWO buchen 😉😉🌊🌊
