Moin - and welcome to our completed in June 2018, high quality equipped semi-detached house - "House Fur Seal". With regard to allergic persons, we rent the non-smoking house pet-free. The garden and the furnished south-west terrace invite you to relax and have a barbecue. A parking space is available directly at the house. Shops in 80 meters away supermarket, as well as in about 200 meters away center. The distance to the beach is about 2.2 km and is reached via a walk along the Harle on foot relaxed.

Ein schöner Kurzurlaub
Wir haben ein paar sehr schöne Tage im Haus Seebär in Carolinensiel verbracht. Der Kontakt war super nett und unkompliziert. Das Haus entspricht exakt den Bildern im Inserat und ist supet gelegen. Einen kleinen Kritikpunkt gibt es trotzdem. Das Haus war an sich in einem wirklich guten und sauberen Zustand. Allerdings scheint vor uns eine Familie mit kleinem Kind das Haus bewohnt zu haben. Dementsprechend waren sämtliche Fensterscheiben und Spiegel sehr unansehnlich verschmiert. So etwas sollte bei der Endreinugung beseitigt werden. Wir waren dennoch sehr zufrieden und kommen sicherlich wieder wenn es für uns mal wieder nach Carolinensiel geht.

Tolle Unterkunft!
Super Ferienhaus, tolle lage 2 Häuser weiter direkt ein Edeka und die Innenstadt ist auch direkt um die Ecke. Die Wohnung ist sauber und sehr wohnlich man fühlt sich wie zu Hause. Gerne wieder !

Tolles Haus
Endlich ein Haus mit Rollläden, leisen Türen und Treppe. Das klingt banal, ist es aber nicht. Im Winter ist in der Ecke nicht wirklich was los, große Städte sind weit weg. Die Lage ist daher nur was für Nordseefans. Das Haus an sich war aber tadellos.

Beide Ferienwohnungen sind wirklich zu empfehlen. Alles sauber, alles da! Was man vllt nachrüsten könnte, wäre ein sicherheitsgitter an der Treppe für Kinder. Wir kommen bestimmt wieder!

Schöner und erholsamer Urlaub
Unser Urlaub war sehr erholsam! Die Wohnung war sauber und für unsere kleine Familie optimal. Das Kinderbett sowie den Hochstuhl der Ferienwohnung hatten wir in Gebrauch und konnten deshalb wertvollen Platz im Auto sparen. Die Lage der Wohnung war gut! Direkt in der Nähe ist der große Edeka und auch zum Hafen war es nicht weit zu Fuß. Der Vermieter sowie die Ansprechpartnerin vor Ort waren zu jeder Zeit sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Insgesamt haben wir trotz des schlechten Wetters einen wundervollen Urlaub in Carolinensiel verbracht. Wir kommen gerne wieder!
