Experience wonderful holiday days in this fabulously located mountain house. Exactly here - where the sky seems to touch the earth - you will find this self-catering hut at an altitude of 1600 metres. The house affords a beautiful panorama view on the Lavant Valley - Caranthia's paradise. The house affords a beautiful view in winter and in summer.
It is decorated in a country style and exudes an atmosphere of well-being. It has a conservatory with a comfortable, generous sitting corner and a big lounge with an open fireplace, as the centrepiece of the house for all guests. The apartment on the upper floor also has a kitchen-living room, a bedroom with a double bed, a bedroom with a bunk bed and a single bed, and a cosy room with a French bed (160 x 190cm), as well as a bathroom and a WC. The ground floor has a sauna, a bathroom and a WC. All rooms have electric radiators and there are also fireplace stoves in the living rooms.
There are three car parking spaces about 50 metres away and there is a storage room for skis in winter and for deckchairs, parasols, garden furniture and a barbecue in summer.
You can spend wonderful days and nights up here on the mountain, whether in summer or in winter. Take a deep breath of clear mountain air and enjoy beautiful snowy landscapes in winter and lovely hikes in summer. This natural setting is all part of a unique holiday experience. The house is in a quiet location. In summer you can hear the birds twittering, relax and dream, or go on fabulous hikes on well-signposted trails over the rolling Saualpe hills. You can visit one of the cosy mountain chalet restaurants or lie in the sunshine on the lawn. This is what holidays are for! The accommodation is right by the ski piste in the family-friendly ski resort of Klippitztörl. After fun on the pistes you can relax in the in-house sauna or spend a couple of pleasant hours in front of the fireplace. The nearest shops are in Bad St. Leonhard, about ten kilometres away.
