We recently stayed at the hotel for three nights. The room was nice but as a couple we were disappointed by the bed which only had two single duvets, one for each. We asked for these to be replaced by one double duvets to fit both of us, the receptionists refused. Plus, they did not change towels every day which was not ideal. When we checked out, they wanted to charge us for breakfast which we did not take. They only removed the charge after we explained that we did not have breakfast. Finally, they did not explain to us that we would have to pay for the car park. They only said it at check out which was not a good surprise.

Spacious, and thats as good as it gets.
The amount of space was great, I've genuinely been shown around 1 bedroom flats with less space, however everything else about the room was incredibly dated. In addition to the 70s decor and poor value for money I was given a room next to a busy road and I can only assume that the windows were single glazed on account of their sound and heat insulating abilities. And chargeable parking when located a significant distance from all public transport bar buses?

I would not stay there again
The reception lady was very rude and didn’t want to listen to me about modifying the reservation and kept pointing on the registration form and repeated that I should fill in the form. She was not even willing to listen to my concerns and the reasons behind my intention to modify the reservation. I threw the used towels on the floor. They were removed but not replaced with new ones ?!?!?

Decent hotel at a good price
I stayed in this hotel for the first 15 days of my stay in Wolfsburg. (I found an apartment later). The hotel is decent for staying and looking around in Wolfsburg. You will need to take the bus 201 to and from the Wolfsburg station. The hotel staff is friendly. There is no luggage escort service, but there is indeed an elevator available. Its a good hotel at this price. Take the 201 bus from WOB HBF towards Mörser Winkel and get down at Dessauer Str. The hotel is stone's throw from there.
