I booked a double room for 2 adults and was assigned a room with a single individual bed. I was forced to sleep on the floor since the staff couldn’t accommodate anything else for our stay. I had to ask for extra blankets and pillows to sleep on the dirty floor. The room had cockroaches. I do not recommend for the poor customer service and cleanliness. I requested Expedia a refund, but they did not come to an agreement with the hotel. I am very disappointed with the service from both the hotel and Expedia.
