"The hotel and it‘s employees were great and the location was fantastic. The only thing that was disturbing was that you could hear everything outside. The view of the Arch from the room was unbeatable, but there is a highway running between the hotel and the Arch. You can hear the vehicles driving by and some were extremely loud over others, especially the muscle cars."

"It was dirty and the shower only had cold water. Hairs and other dirt in the bathroom. I requested a refund but the hotel denied it. I had to wash my baby with cold water. Absolutely not worth the price, won’t come back."
