Lieber Gast, vielen Dank für Ihre positive Bewertung. Unser Haus möchte aktuell noch auf Schlüsselkarten verzichten, da wir "richtige" Schlüssel als passender und schöner empfinden, dies bringt jedoch mit, dass jeder Gast beim Verlassen des Zimmers entsprechend abschließen muss. Natürlich ist es schade, dass Sie dies als störend empfunden haben. Gerne reservieren wir Ihnen bei Ihrem nächsten Aufenthalt ein Zimmer mit größerem Badezimmer. Wir würden uns freuen, Sie bald mal wieder in unserem Haus begrüßen zu dürfen.
