What offers you this modern and newly furnished apartment on 37 sqm? Rest and a maritime atmosphere for 2 adults, 1 child and also for your dog. Both from the living room and from the bedroom you can access the terrace. The glass doors to the terrace are equipped with high-quality mosquito protection doors and pleats. If necessary, you can provide the terrace in a few minutes with a dog fence (see photo). Wi-Fi, the Playstation including games and various board games are available free of charge. The bedroom has a king-size double bed (2x90x180cm, new mattresses) and a travel cot for self-construction. The couch in the living room (new!) serves as a sofa bed if required. Top Wohnung für zwei Personen
Die Wohnung ist sehr schön und zweckmäßig eingerichtet. Es ist alles vorhanden was man braucht. Es war alles sehr sauber und der Kontakt mit dem Vermieter war gut. Auch der Kontakt vor Ort war perfekt. Danke nochmals Frau Osterloh. Einen Kritikpunkt habe ich aber trotzdem, wenn man Abends noch mit dem Hund rausgeht läuft man komplett im Dunkeln. Draußen fehlt definitiv eine Wegebeleuchtung. Wäre einmal fast in die Hecke gefallen

Tolle kleine Ferienwohnung
Die Ferienwohnung ist klein aber fein, es hat alles geklappt, kleine Terrasse mit Hundezaun (super) war schon alles vorbereitet. Uns hat ein Backofen gefehlt :-) Unser Sohn hat sich über die Playstation gefreut und wir konnte auch Abends Filme über unseren Disney+ Account schauen. Der Strand und das Wattenbad ist Fußläufig gut erreichbar. Auf dem Weg zum Strand gibt es Eis, Kaffee, ein Restaurant und den Hafen. Sehr Hundefreundlich…… schöne ruhige Gegend…. Bis nach Cuxhaven oder Bremerhaven ca. 30 min.

Sehr gemütliche Ferienwohnung
Super schöne und sehr gepflegte Ferienwohnung wo man sich sofort wohl fühlt. Die Lage ist super. In ein paar Minuten zu Fuß ist man gleich am Strand. Wir würden hier jederzeit wieder einchecken und können diese Wohnung sehr weiter empfehlen.

Insgesamt ein toller Urlaub!
Die Wohnung hat alles, was man braucht. Allerdings sind die Matratzen im Bett so unglaublich weich, das war nichts für den Rücken. Von der Sauberkeit her war es auch in Ordnung, aber wenn man genauer hinschaut, ist teilweise doch viel Staub da (z. B. Deko im Bad).

Saubere, kleine Wohnung in Strandnähe. Klasse waren auch die Gitter für die kleine Terasse. Sie waren in 3 Minuten eingehängt und unser Hund konnte ohne Aufsicht draussen liegen.
