Schönes Hotel am Stadtrand mit Aussicht
"Sehr schöner Aufenthalt im allgemeinen, sehr grosses Zimmer in den oberen Stockwerken, schöne Aussicht. Drei Lifte, meist sehr flott. Checkin mit dem Automaten war in Teilen etwas kompliziert. Frühstücksbufett liess keine Wünsche offen, das Personal durchweg freundlich und kompetent (im ganzen Haus). Tiefgaragenparkplatz relativ grosszügig bemessen. Zu Fuss ins Zentrum kein Problem, ca. 1 km.
Einige kleinere Kritikpunkte, die aber die Gesamtwertung nicht trüben:
Mehr als 1 Zimmerkarte war, trotz insgesamt ca. 5 Versuche während des Aufenthalts, nicht freizuschalten (immer die vorherige war dann gesperrt), wäre aber wohl an der Rezeption möglich gewesen.
Tiefgarage war bei Buchung mit 12 Euro angegeben, kostete dann aber 16 Euro pro Nacht.
WC-Deckel klemmte etwas und quietschte laut bei Öffnen und Schliessen.
Lärmkulisse nachts im Zimmer durch benachbarten Bahnhof teils leicht störend. An sich relativ hellhörige Räume.
Alles nur Kleinigkeiten und kein Grund für eine schlechte Bewertung - das Hotel ist sehr zu empfehlen und wird beim nächsten Aufenthalt sicher wieder berücksichtigt werden."
