Over billed and frustrated
During check in I told them I have prepaid but he still wanted a credit card and then billed my card for the room I had already paid for. I was told he would handle the mistake. I came back a 1/2 hour later and was met with attitude from the attendant. Over the next day I would be charges 4 more times for the room. I had to lock the card. After a phone call later the next day I was told the owner figured out the issue and fixed it. We will see when I get my CC statement.

Very pleased with room…clean updated bathroom, comfortable bed and pillows. Breakfast was great, cereal, pancakes, bagels , yogurt, fruit, etc. Would definitely stay there again!

Our room was facing the highway and the traffic noise was horrible. The evening check-in person charged us an extra $10 for a non-smoking room and we don't smoke. Fortunately, the check-out person the next morning was understanding and returned our $10 stating that we should not have been charged.

Everything was clean and neat. I felt sorry for the front desk employee on duty when I checked in. A guest was yelling at her about which room he was assigned. She was very patient and willing to help him. He was unreasonable in how he treated her.
