Check-in seemedf a bit iffy. I was assigned a room and given a key. When I got to the room and opened the door. Someone else's stuff was in the room. I immediately returned to check-in and told her she gave me someone elese room. She assigned us to a another room and all was well. But that was a hugh mistake. I could have stolen the other persons belongings or worse I could have been a rapist or murdered and was given access to someones room.....

Requested and paid for a non smoking room, but it smelled like stale cigarettes. The person at the desk was rude, rolled her eyes when I inquired about getting a new room because of the smell.She said they were sold out. Was also told it was a non smoking room, however there was NOT a "No Smoking" sign on the door. On the walk to the desk we passed several rooms that had "No Smoking" on them, however ours did not. Would NOT recommend this hotel. Place needs a facelift along with friendlier staff. Pay the higher price and stay at The Hampton Inn across the street.

A dirty dump
If you’re a cigarette smoking alcoholic you’ll love this place! Beer cans, cigarette butts, and trash all around the property. Towels were oil stained with holes. Sheets stained. Non smoking room reeked of smoke. Toilet didn’t work properly. Paper thin walls. People drinking outside until 1am.

Had to pay 50 more for a handicap. Room that I put in comments I needed for my hu as ban because I did not order it I had to pay more for it I used 60 points for the room but I still had to pay more have never had to due it any other place I have stayed so I paid 86 plus my 60 points plus 50 for the room and it was not worth it

We booked online without seeing property. As we pulled in parking lot we could tell the building and grounds were not up to usual Ramada standards. Even main sign was half way broken. Lobby was dirty, carpets were torn and musty. I had unfortunately booked a non refundable room so we thought hopefully the room itself would be better. Our room was on 1st floor so we pulled around to park in front of room. All rooms have outside entrances which is common for old hotels so safety is a huge concern. An old man was standing by our room staring at us. He continued to stare us down as we got out and went into the room. We opened he door to our room and the musty, old smell was the first thing that hit us. We could not bring ourselves to walk past the first bed. My husband and I both looked at each other and made the mutual decision to leave even though we had just paid the non refundable price of $150. We shut the door behind us and drove around to other hotels in the area until we could find an open room which cost us an additional $200.

The wifi didn't work. No phone signal. Breakfast had zero options for restricted diets (all sugar & gluten). A banana is not breakfast. Place was clean and bed was comfortable but I wouldn't purposefully stay there.
