Friendly owner, good service
We stayed for several days and enjoyed the friendly conversations with the owner who was onsite daily. Clean towels and linens were provided on our third day there. The indoor pool was clean and very enjoyable. It was a quiet place to stay even though it is right on the highway. We would stay there again.

The hotel is clean. It was quiet. The building is old, but in fairly good repair. I was super disappointed with the cold water. The hottest I could get it was tepid so a hot bath/shower was not to be and it was a cold wet weekend.

Comfortable and convenient with small issues
We're pretty easy to please. The place was nice and fairly comfortable. The location was excellent. The only small inconveniences were the lack of drapes; there were blinds but an outside light kept the room from being completely dark. We had a little trouble with the deadbolt so didn't use it. The sink faucet dripped until we adjusted it just so. Otherwise, we enjoyed the place.

Perfect for location! It was exactly what we needed. A cheaper and conveniently located motel in beautiful Yachats. Heated pool was a plus! It was just a basic room that wasn't the cleanest.

1...when i booked this property it showed cute themed rooms..that is not the case. 2...there is no air conditioning which would be fine, but the windows also have no screens so if it gets stuffy and you open the window for fresh air you get bugs flting in thr room. Very pricy for what you actually get.

The staff was extremely accommodating. I was traveling with a wheelchair and received a phone call after making my reservation to see what accommodations we needed (low threshold, low step-in shower, some other options for the shower/tub). When I checked in, I was asked about the shower/tub again which made me feel good. I felt like I was with family.
