Great hotel overall. This was our second visit this year we have noticed however the staff are not as good as they were before. We stayed in a pool view preferred club room and had a partial ocean view. Room was great, breakfast was nice apart from trying to get a coffee was almost impossible. The two main ladies on breakfast in the preferred lounge are great but on a weekend they are not there and it's a bit chaotic. We found the restaurants in the hotel were not great last time so mainly ate out as there are lots of choice at the marina and in the town. We stayed one evening for drinks in the hotel and again it was chaotic. Trying to get a drink was a real chore and made it unpleasant so we just left and went to a local bar. The staff on the drinks and bar were not really nice and almost feel angry that they serve you. The check out was brief and the lady said about 3 words to us and didn't even ask if we had a nice time! The cleaning staff are very hit and miss. Not sure if we will return a 3rd time.

From start to finish we greatly enjoyed our stay. We were greeted by a very warm welcome which was also most helpful. The housekeeping staff were very lovely, efficient and friendly. The app was most helpful in sharing information and quick communication. We had a problem with our toilet which was quickly resolved. The staff greeting us at breakfast were welcoming and friendly. We would certainly recommend the hotel and look forward to our next stay.

Location is great for beach front, access to marina but the i’d not give this a 5 star review. Stayed all inclusive but that had restrictions. Check the detail between preffered club and all inclusive! There was no easy access snack bars. You had to go and dine. Last day check out was no late room access, no shower room access as all booked up. Struggled even to get water as was too late to ask for mini bar restock. They did allow us access to lunch though. Like others have said, there are signs of needing a face lift. Food was plentiful and good choice for vegetarians. We all got a stomach bug on last day though. I think from food or maybe kids pool! Pools are big and heated (Oct 24) very slow pool bar service as often only one or 2 staff on. Rooms were a good size with lots of complementary bits. Beds comfy too. 4star at best though.

Lovely hotel. Preferred Club and All Inclusive is definitely worth it. Specialty restaurants are brilliant and food is delicious. The best part of the hotel for me was the preferred club swimming pool with swim up bar and amazing views. The hotel didn’t feel overcrowded at all which was lovely. Easy to get sunbed, tables in restaurants and seats for the entertainment in the night. Drinks were all great and waiter service made it so much easier. A few not so great things (as with any place) … The room cleaning could have been more thorough. Some of the male staff at the swim up bar were miserable as sin (unless you are a woman which suddenly put a smile on their face). Overall, I would highly recommend this place. I don’t usually go back to the same place but I will definitely be returning here.

Whilst we enjoyed our stay at Dreams but the hotel does not have a 5 Star feel about it. The building itself I has a somewhat dated appearance and does not exude the luxury and quality that we expected. We booked b&b Preferred Club. Our room was fine with a balcony overlooking the pool and sea. The daily included drinks and snacks were welcome. The breakfast buffet was plentiful and varied but table service for hot drinks was a little lacking. Many bowls were chipped and we noticed numerous dirty plates. The main pool area is a little tired, many parasols are ripped and/or damaged and some unusable. The sunbeds are cheap plastic ones and some dirty from spilled drinks etc. I was surprised there was no waiter service around the pool for a 5 Star hotel but no problem for us. We tried the Preferred Club pools but they were not our scene - small, quiet and isolated but might suit others. The Preferred Club lounge provided inclusive snacks and soft drinks all day until 6.00 pm which was a welcome perk though was actually a bit naff. The snacks were basic, the coffee machine was out of action on 3 occasions, the tables not cleaned etc. The evening entertainment was varied and good though the venue is makeshift at the bottom of the main stairs in the bar area. Obtaining a seat with a view is tricky with numerous columns in the seating area. We dined at Marina Rubicon every night so can’t comment on the hotel’s restaurants. We had a good time but would not return.

It is a nice resort but it is not properly run. The staff is doing their best but it is understaffed. The variety of the food is good but the quality is not the best. The evening restaurants are not properly run and the food is ok but nothing special… it could be great under proper management

Very clean hotel and surrounding areas. Felt safe walking on the promenade even into the night. No real noise on the promenade after about 23:30 and our room was always quiet if we needed a nap. Hotel was very well organised. Probably the best shower I’ve had at a hotel, fantastic water pressure and the water temperature remains constant. We enjoyed our meals on site and the staff were really very pleasant. Shops were only a short walk away and snorkelling at the beach was lovely. Thank you.
