Second time staying here en route to Seattle. Reasonably priced, clean and very comfortable rooms. Quiet too! A short walk to a good burger joint. Will definitely come again. Shopping the rates on different sites also helped.

Modern hotel in Yakima
The hotel is modern and in very good condition throughout. The hotel room was a spacious 1 bedroom apartment with full kitchen and dining area and modern bathroom. There is a large well equipped laundry and a gym. Overall, we were very comfortable here and it is a short walking distance to a shopping centre and restaurants. Great value.

Don't pass on this property because of the low rate! We thoroughly enjoyed this hotel and were surprised by the reasonable rate. Nice suite and great restaurant right across the parking lot.

The double clean suite was large and comfortable. Furniture was clean and everything was nice. I would stay here again, but they did not have certain things but I like. There was No Continental breakfast, which was okay but there wasn't Even any coffee or water in the lobby. Nothing at all which was strange. It doesn't seem like it would take a big deal to put on a pot of coffee. And there was no pool which we were looking forward to using. These disappointments were somewhat my fault because I should have researched the hotel better. But otherwise, the place was very clean and the employees very nice.

Great deal for Large space!
We stayed for a softball tournament and enjoyed the large room size! Having the kitchenette is a game changer when you are traveling with lots of stuff and trying to keep the team fed! I love the space this hotel provides! Only bummer is the elevator was out of order on our last day which meant carrying everything down 3 flights of stairs.
