A great place to end our long hiking trip
Nice beds and bathroom, and we appreciated the excellent lighting and mirrors. After staying at many more rustic inns and sleeping on the floor several nights, it was a welcome change to be in such a modern, comfortable hotel. Although the staff did not speak much English, they were extremely helpful and overcame any communication difficulties with translation apps.

建物も新しく綺麗でお部屋も狭いながらも過ごしやすい間取りでした。 大浴場のベビーバスや、ベビーチェアを部屋のシャワー使用時にも借りることが出来たら、もっとよかったなと思いました。 ベビーバスやベビーチェアを使用する赤ちゃんのお風呂は、大浴場で母親か父親が1人でするのは大変なので。

全体的にはキレイでオシャレな雰囲気。コーヒーも美味しかった！温泉は良かったが、日帰りの方も多く、ゆっくり入れなかったのが残念でした。また、トイレにスリッパがないのは違和感を感じた。それ以外は良かった！

嫁いだ娘とその孫2人。赤ちゃんが産まれたので息子と、私と主人、私の母と次女の大人数でお嫁さんの山口に今回行ったんですけど、お部屋も清潔で足が悪い母にもとて快適に過ごせる部屋でした。孫2人もまだ2歳と3か月の子どもなんですがベッドも広く大人6人子ども2人なのに2部屋で十分で朝食付きで凄く宿泊費もお得でした。又是非、宿泊したいです。温泉も食事もバッチリです。

台風で日本全体が厳戒態勢の中での宿泊でした。 お風呂とお食事は隣接の建物利用となっており "台風の為 露天風呂、お土産店が使えない" などの情報はお宿onnとの情報共有が出来ていませんでした。温泉を楽しみにしていたのでギリギリ宿泊するか悩みました。（部屋にはシャワー室しかなかったので）結果的には大浴場があると聞き宿泊を決めました。 お部屋等清潔で気持ちよく利用できました。 波打った歯ブラシは普通でも良いかなーと思いました。でもちょっとした"こだわり"を節々で感じていたので 歯ブラシにもあったのか❗️と笑ってしまいました。 提灯🏮で素敵に飾られた所にシャンプーなどのアメニティが置いてあるのですが、暗く見にくく目が悪いと見えないのでもう少しわかりやすい表示がよいと思いました。 台風で外食できない為電子レンジが必須だったのですが出力が低い為、一つ温めるのに時間もかかり、狭い所に4家族並びとても不便でした。 でも台風というイレギュラーで感じた事ですのでそうでなければ良いホテルだと思います。もう少しお部屋が広ければ！尚。
