Me gustó mucho la estética del hotel, el personal muy amable al igual que el servicio fue muy bueno, lo único malo es que no todas las habitaciones tienes aire acondicionado cuando en los detalles de la propiedad marcaba que sí y el pequeño espacio para estacionarse.

Pésima hospitalidad por parte del hotel, forzosamente querían que dejara la llave de mi coche para estacionarlo dentro del hotel aunque en sus políticas dice que no se hace responsables por ningún daño del vehículo, además de que no hay otra opción. No se hospeden aquí si les preocupa la integridad de su auto.

Cost-benefit ratio is good, very close (10 min) to Tlayacapan and Oaxtepec downtown by car. Parking lot is not big but at reception they serve as valet for your car. Wi-fi is a bit slow (around 10Mb/s).

Buen lugar pero falta higiene en la limpieza.
Falta mucha higiene en la limpieza. La cama tenía pelos, las sábanas y almohadas no estaban limpias, baño con mal olor, una lástima porque es bonito el lugar, la atención es excelente y las instalaciones a pesar que si falta algo de mantenimiento en general están bien.
