It’s really a shame but this place is in poor condition: many scrapes and dents in the walls, heater wasn’t working and we were cold all night; refrigerator made a ringing noise and the only solution was to unplug it; the carpet is REALLY old and dirty. The front desk staff were not friendly and did the minimum in helping to make the stay better. The only redeeming thing is the bathroom, it’s clean.

Nova inn is the worst hotel to be staying at, during a family trip. The walls and doors are so thin could literally hear a women getting gang bang. I called security and they warned them.. that was it.. the front desk didnt move us to a different room and the floor we are staying on (3rd floor) smells like cigarette's. Bad, so bad. 3 doors down from our room, a hotel party happening aswell.. just an rough night in a ghetto hotel.. last time staying here!!

Property is in very poor condition, lots of wear and damage on walls, carpets and furniture. The first room I was given had not been cleaned(used bed, dirty towels in the bathroom).

We booked Nova Inn for five days 4 nights. When we arrived, we were informed that this location was overbooked and send us to Chateau NOVA Hotel which is so much better than NOVA Inn the comments we provided was based on Chateau NOVA Hotel, NOT Nova Inn. It's just the service provided by the staff was excellent.
