Excellent business hotel - well provisioned with ammenities and a public bath. Top marks for their pillow bar and in room air purifier. All you could need for a comfy night’s stay.
Right near the station, had shopping malls near the area and was good for exploring.

The front desk staff needs to be a tad more flexible. I had forgotten my mask, but the man at the front required me to pay 20 yen to give me a mask! I told him my husband would pay later, but he did not give me a mask. I could not go upstairs to get the 20 yen because I did not have my key card, so I was stuck. Later, a young lady willingly gave me a mask, for which I paid when my husband came downstairs.
The fact that you need a key card to go anywhere is a pain.
Good location. This hotel locates in front of TSU station.
So, convenient store, restraints are there.
Additionally, SUKIYAKI restraint is in the same building.
#close to the station( Kintetsu line)
#Welcome drink is waiting
#Free breakfast(Japanese and continental breakfast are available) I could pay 1000yen for it.
I definitely want to stay again.
The location is absolutely unbeatable and the hotel is new and clean, with lots of amenities to choose in the small lobby on the third floor. The room was quite small but we stayed there at night only. The public bath was milky in color with Mikimoto products. Breakfast was tasty in the small dining area. Overall, I enjoyed staying in this hotel and will come back again.

Stayed in a single room. Hotel very clean and staff very nice. Breakfast was pretty good and plenty of choices (though they only alternated 1 item back and forth, so you might get bored of it if you're staying a while, but then again there are a lot of items). Huge cart of amenities in the lobby and you only take what you need (which I think is a great system). Literally right across from the train station so it's really easy to get to (and leave). Internet is blazing fast and you have the option to plug your computer in with an ethernet cable. My single room was quite cramped, and I'm happy I didn't have a suitcase (only duffel+backpack) because walking spaces are very narrow. Onsen/hot tub was very nice and clean. They provide a bathrobe and lockers to change into and put your things. Would recommend!
