For those regular travellers to Japan. This is another 5-stars hotel for the locals! The hotel facilities are 5-stars. Bellboys and housekeeping are exceptional but the checkin and checkout processes felt robotics, unwelcome, fake. The fact that both ladies at checkin and checkout satdown behind the table at all times and did not get up said so much about the whole experience. Aloha!

Amazing
First class all the way. From walking into the hotel, check-in, our entire stay until check-out, we had an amazing experience. All staff were extremely friendly and helpful, the room was outstanding and well appointed, the resort is in a very walkable location.
