We had a lovely experience staying here! The staff were so helpful and really went above and beyond for us. The language barrier wasnt an issue at all. It is steps away from Cosmo World, World Porter's, the brick warehouse, and multiple malls. It is also directly above a train station that can take you to Chinatown or Yokohama station! Rooms were spacious, clean, had great water pressure, and the views were incredible. Wish we had stayed longer!

Lovely hotel in a great location. Close to the metro station so easy to travel around. Linked to a shopping mall with great food options on the lower floors. Short walk over to the bay with further shopping and eating places.

We loved this hotel; the rooms were deluxe and much bigger than expected. Our room had a beautiful view of the harbor, and it was gorgeous to see at night. Everything about this hotel made us, the hotel’s guests, feel special and important. Getting there from Haneda was fast and easy via limousine bus service. In the future, I would stay here again and explore more of Yokohama knowing that downtown Tokyo is an easy train ride away. Yokohama is a beautiful city, walking around, Chinatown, the underground access from the hotel to trains and shopping is convenient.

This is a beautiful hotel. It is connected to Queens mall and has all types of shopping in the area. Landmark Tower is more upscale as Queens mall and World Porters across the street has more affordable options. Lots of food choices and a food court at World Porters. Hotel over looks Cosmo World and that gorgeous Ferris wheel. Cup of Noodles museum is a short walk away. Check in is at 3pm but they will hold your bags if you arrive early. Check out was fast and easy. The concierge desk on the 1st flr will assist w/ your travel plans. They printed out a train route to Kamakura. Which was more helpful than google maps. We did not eat inside the hotel but our room was clean and the huge bay window w balcony was impressive. Staff was very friendly and helpful. I would definitely stay here again.
