Disappointed In This Hotel
Being long term, Extended Stay Hotel is not offering extended stays any longer. It’s only 21 day stays now. Also, the price at this Extended Stay Hotel has increased tremendously, and with The Resident Inn Hotel less than one mile out into Anaheim Hills, it’s not worth the money to spend at this Extended Stay Hotel, especially if their prices are the same as The Resident Inn’s prices.

Property itself is terrible shape. In my room there was mold on the restroom wall, the fridge was full of mold, the mattresses didn’t fit on top of their box spring and beds were different thickness. Overall it felt yucky to be in there, booked two nights but only stayed one because it was too late to book anything else. Avoid this place if you can.

The hallway and my room smelled like smoke. The key card for my room had to be redone twice in three days because I was locked out of my room when the card didn’t work. On the positive side, bathrooms, kitchen area and fridge were clean.

Poop infestation!
The hotel is definitely changing and not for the better. We have a beautiful room. I think it’s the best room in the hotel because it has a really nice little grassy space. That space is important to me because of my allergies to the smell of exhaust on cars. And because of the grassy area in front of the windows, no cars can park there. However, people go all under the windows and leave their dogs poop. The smell comes in the window and the air conditioner. I hope they tell people to go to the large sand areas for the dogs. My daughter has a special needs dog and I take him to the sand area and respect others. It’s just not nice to go under peoples windows. Hopefully that will change.
