Nice room and hotel. Staff was nice and professional. The room was clean. Good breakfast too.The only issue was the lobby area and hallways were dirty. Needed to be vacuumed and windows needed to be washed.

This is not a fair review as we did fully stay. We were traveling with family. We didn't know there was a rap concert event. Very crowded. Thought it might get too loud for family. Police presence was at the parking lot entry. Love is love but sleep was needed.

Could tell the property was probably recently built. Front desk staff was very polite and nice. The hallway on the fourth floor smelt like a college dorm with old weed stink even with a sign downstairs that said it was a non-smoking property. Room smelt totally fine though. Toilet seat was a little loose. Great water pressure in the shower. There was some dirty handprints on the walls next to the bed and gummy bears and cobwebs in the AC. Yes, gummy bears, LOL. I didn’t notice until I was packing my bag the morning of our leave. Rest of the room and bathroom was fine. Breakfast was eh, only had a little of it just to stave off hunger before an event on one morning of a two night stay. There was also a ton of people outside smoking on the side of the building, right where we had to park because of full parking lot. Maybe move smoking area away from building? The people out there were friendly though, just felt like I might accidentally knock into them with my luggage as they sat on the curb in front of the car every time we went out. Location is off the main strip so was very quiet. Right around the corner from good food and minutes from our event at the fairgrounds. I would recommend if you’re not particularly picky and need a good valued stay for a night or two.

The reviews on this one are far from the truth. Receptionist person in the AM is by far the most delusional untrained person. Not only is this staff member angry and dismissive but unsafe to be around guest. The building has too much wear and tear for its age. The rooms are not cleaned properly. No doubt you will find hairs on bedding, bathroom, countertops. The majority of their guest are construction workers. Many unkempt men of all backgrounds. It’s not what you expect at all given their rates. It’s clear this owner of this facility is unconcerned with sanitation or who he hires as long as that paycheck keeps coming. 💯 do not recommend. Visit and see for yourself before you book.
