Good to hear that some parts of your stay were positive. Apologies that you got disturbed by other guests. Unfortunately we are a small and compact hostel.
There's a restaurant on site. You can enjoy a drink at the bar/lounge. WiFi is free in public spaces. YHA Helmsley - Hostel also features a library, a garden, and a picnic area. Self parking is free. This 4-star York hostel is smoke free.
