Very dated and beat up accommodations.

It's Yosemite but this place is in serious need of a facelift. We stayed in the Aspen building. This was a flashback to the 80's. A lot of things were beat up and did not work. Sink plugged. Toilet leaking. Poor lighting. Beat up furniture. Need to run the auxiliary heather if you don't want to freeze. Given the amount of money they charge you think they would have accumulated a remodeling fund since 1982. Probably the worst hotel room I have stayed in in 30 years.

The lodge is right in the center of the valley with plenty of trails nearby. We got the pleasant surprise of unexpected snow, but the room has a space heater which was perfect!
