Great place to stay!
The staff is kind and detailed oriented! The hotel is clean and well cared for! You can tell the employees love their jobs! Only complaint would be the elevator was broken and 3 floors up with all our bags was very inconvenient. I love that they really pay attention to who is coming and going and only allow registered guests to use the amenities. Love that they have ice cream, cookies, and popcorn in the lobby each night as an evening snack! The breakfast was wonderful and they thought of all the little extras like avocado! The pool area was clean and well maintained and love that they offered a hot tub!

Nice hotel, questionable staff
The hotel and rooms are very nice. The pool was clean and the courtyard was inviting. The room keys continuously deactivated. Multiple people in our group lost access to our rooms at multiple times. The hotel front desk staff was not very accommodating at helping fix the broken keys. The even staff on Saturday evening was also not very friendly. They were yelling at kids being in hallways at 6pm. Stating they were being too loud. The staff also really policed the pool area and lobby. I saw a group of kids swimming with parents around, but the staff scolded the parents for not being right in top of the kids. I won’t bring my kids and stay here.

Great location! Nice amenities with snacks in the afternoon and breakfast was good. Bottled water upon request. Bed was very comfortable and shower pressure was great. All staff were very nice.

We have stayed many times at this hotel. The staff are friendly and welcoming. My only issue is all the single use plastic at breakfast but this is a problem in most hotels!
