Our stay was just one over night for a football game. Hotel was convenient, clean and reasonably priced. We were only there to basically sleep.

The room was very clean, the bed was comfortable, especially the pillows. We had our little Westie with us and although we were handicapped, we were in the first room by the steps so it was fairly easy getting him in and outside. An elevator would have made it perfect.

Staff was so friendly. I had made a note about allergies during my reservation and they made a special effort to get me a room to help and to have the cleaning staff not use scents. I was so grateful! Room was very clean and comfortable. Bed was very comfortable. A very nice stay.

Started off awful when we went to sign in they put us on the second floor I thought when I said three guests two rooms that it was a suite it was two separate rooms. My sister is semi handicap and she cannot go upstairs. There is no elevator so they had to move us to first floor and the guy was really rude about it, and when my brother was bringing the stuff back downstairs from the upstairs room, had to drag it down to flight of steps the guy told him he took too long and he wanted to know if he used the bathroom and my brother said no, I did not use the bathroom and the guy argued with him and said he was gone too long and he had used his bathroom and he didn’t want to go clean the bathroom because we weren’t staying in that room it was unreal then the next day we were gone all day and when we come back, they were in the room. Apparently they partially cleaned it. They took all the towels, but they didn’t leave any extra cleaned towels. They made my bed which I had already done. They just straightened it up, but they did not make my sister‘s bed at all. They did not clean my brother’s room at all, I don’t know if they were just in there
