The room in the facilities were excellent. It’s just the air conditioner would squeal loud squeal every half an hour to 45 minutes I’d have to get up and hit the side of the air conditioner to shut it up and the shower holder that was broke in there otherwise it was a great place.

The Raw Truth!
Stay was ok, first the bathroom sink water barely came out (no big deal) I can wash my hands and brush my teeth with the tub faucet. But now I try to lay down and go to sleep and all I hear is the air conditioning running nonstop all night, long! That was a serious bummer.

The bed I had was terrible and I had written a review stating that; the next morning, the front desk called me and told me that they had read my review and wanted to make it right for me so they changed me to a different room. I have stayed at this hotel location several times in the past. I am from out of town, and I’ve always been told that because I am from out of town, they don’t have to charge me the $200 incidental fee. This time, the girl behind the counter argued with me about it, even as she looked up my past visits and saw that it’s never been charged to me. I’d like to know who has been telling me they don’t need to charge me that fee. Is she a manager? Separately, the air conditioner in our room rattled literally all night long. My wife barely slept because it was so loud. These two things are making me second guess staying here ever again.
