We were immediately greeted openly and with enthusiasm. We had a welcoming bottle of wine, fruit and baked goods. The rooms were spacious and exceptionally clean. Impressive Buttler’s pantry on each floor. Quality fittings including, sofa bed, linen and pillows. Shower amazing. Great views. Services exceeded our expectations. Great hotel. Clean room with a very nice layout. Nice in room coffee setup. Very quiet both in room and in the halls. Cool hallway minibar option if you’re looking for a late night drink or snack. The spa was lovely and I had a great massage which I was able to book less than 24 hours in advance. Gym was small but adequate. Very walkable to central area of Zagreb with lots of eateries and a drug store nearby.

Beautiful hotel, very friendly staff that made us feel welcomed and at home immediately. Will definitely be back at this location. Room service was quick, and helpful. Room was very clean, comfortable and modern. Fresh fruit and snacks were in the room for us upon arrival. Everything was a 10/10. Breakfast was delicious and really catered to every appetite. Rooftop bar was beautiful to watch the sunset, staff and beverages were great, lots of selection. The spa looked amazing, I will have to try it out next time. I highly recommend this hotel for anyone of any age. We stayed with 2 children and it was all around great.
