Lovely modern apartment, spacious with separate bedroom/living & kitchen area. Very comfortable and right in the city centre. Great communication with owner who was also super helpful when we asked about early check in.

Excellent hotel host who communicated regularly. Comfortable modern suite in a great central location. Had everything you need for cooking but we did not use the kitchen facilities. Lots of restaurants nearby. Parking nearby at a cost.

The Loox was a great experience. Easy check-in and check- out. Very centrally located in the lower town and easy walking distance to the upper town. I would recommend this place to anyone looking for a place to stay in Zagreb.

This place was better than I thought it would be!! Bed was super comfy, kitchen was well equipped, bathroom and shower were excellent. Plus, what a location! Steps from literally everything and right on multiple tram lines. Our room faced to the back of the building and was silent at night, even with windows open! Great place. High recommend.

Building itself shows wear and tear but the apartment was very clean, modern and spacious. Directions to access the facility were accurate and provided in a timely manner. I'd stay there again if ever in Zagreb.

The best stay of our vacations
We stayed at Loox boutique apartment for 4 nights and it was our favorite place to stay. The room was beautiful and clean. There was every instrument available for cooking. We were really well situated in the center of the lower and upper town. There is also a drug store, a goccery store availables and many others stores at the corner of the hotel. We didn’t use any transport during our stay, because everything was near the hotel. However, we did have a problem with the shower drain and there was water leaking everywhere when we took our shower even in the bedroom, but it was ok, we ask the owner some towels to clean and they actually came whitin the next hour to cleaned the bathroom themselves. Everything was clean and dry when we came back at our room. It was really a perfect stay. I recommend this place for sure!

Inhad the best experience staying at Loox. The hotel area was accessible to all.major areas in the city. The room was spacious, clean and had everything one would need. I highly recommend this property to anyone looking to have an extended stay in Zagreb!
