Dear citizen Paul,Thank you for sharing your experience with us. We are sorry to read that you did not have as great an experience as we usually hope for. There are buttons by the beds as well to control the lights and blinds, if you prefer that to the iPad.For Uber, you have to request it directly from your phone on your account. We always recommend it as it is cheaper, but for people with an Uber account, we do have an external taxi service that we use. I am sorry to hear that you did not have the most comfortable experience with this. I am happy to read that the staff saved your stay and made it memorable.
