Sehr geehrte Stephanie Vielen Dank, dass Sie sich die Zeit genommen haben, Ihre Erfahrung mit unserem Hotel online zu teilen. Sowohl positives als auch negatives Feedback nehmen wir dankend entgegen, denn nur so können wir uns täglich verbessern. Es freut uns, dass Sie grundsätzlich mit dem Aufenthalt zufrieden waren. Wir bedauern, dass Sie mit Ihrer Tochter den Spa nicht nutzen konnten. Die Regeln für das Alter des Einlasses wird aber nicht von uns sondern vom Fitnesspark selbst bestimmt, weshalb wir da von uns aus auch nichts bewirken können und Ihnen da leider auch nicht entgegenkommen konnten.
