다른 취리히 내 호텔들 상황은 잘 모르겠지만 이곳은 굉장히 실망한 호텔입니다. 저녁 도착이 아니라면 다른 숙소를 다시 구했을 것이며, 여기를 다시 방문할 일은 없을 것 같습니다. 1. 주차 편의성 - 호텔 내 주차장이 있다고 하여 예약하였으나 주차공간이 매우 제한적이며 미리 예약을 안하면 주차하기도 어렵습니다. 도보로 강건너에 있는 주차장으로 가라고 안내받았으며 주차할인은 지원되지 않아 하루 주차비용 40프랑 이상을 추가로 지출하였습니다. 2. 룸 컨디션 - 일단 냉장고가 없습니다. 일부 상위급 방에만 있다고 하니 이 부분도 고려하시는게 좋습니다. - 청소상태가 매우 안좋습니다. 티포트나 커피머신 등에 이물질이나 먼지가 소복히 쌓여있어 청소를 꼼꼼히 하지 않거나 자주 하지는 않는다고 생각되었습니자. - 냉난방이 룸에서 컨트롤이 안됩니다. 리셉션에 요청을 해야하며 더울까봐 다이슨 선풍기가 비치되어있었는데 이마저도 파손된지 오래된 상태였습니다. 3. 직원응대 - 요청하면 안된다. 자기가 할 수 있는게 없다 등의 답변이 대부분이었습니다. 4. 호텔 구조 - 엘리베이터가 매우 작고 이를 타기 위해 작은 계단이 있어 짐이 많다면 불편합니다. 방 입구에도 문턱이 있어 이런점 예약시 고려하시면 좋겠습니다.

THE WORST
STAY AWAY from this hotel. The front desk is despicable, with his self-importance uneducated front desk representative. The rooms are very small. NO AIR CONDITIONER, if you open the windows, multiple bell towers around the hotel go off the whole night, and the elevator accommodates barely 2 people only.

The night manager on the Saturday I was there made me feel so welcomed and did everything to ensure I had a good time. I will definitely return…truly wonderful boutique hotel! Especially good for solo travelers.

If you’re looking for a pretty standard hotel, this is it! The hotel had basic amenities, but didn’t have a washing machine available for guest use. It is also located in a central part of Zurich, which is good for food options!

Great hotel great location
For the price and location the place was spectacular. Walking distance to the train/bus station and all major attractions. They have lime scooters in Zurich so it made it super fast and easy to see the city. I would stay here again. Great place.

The staff was friendly and professional. The hotel is beautiful, clean and comfortable. It’s located within a 5-minute walk to transportation options and a 15-20 minute leisurely stroll to many city sights and attractions.
