This is a great modern upgraded hotel option in the heart of Zurich. It has a great bar area and excellent air conditioning. The beds were very comfortable and the rooms were clean. However, the bathrooms were very small and we had a constant dripping noise under the sink that was annoying. The bar drinks are also overpriced and there was limited food options. Finally, there was no phone, mini fridge or coffee maker in the room, only basic necessities.

Stay at Motel One!
We loved motel one! We weren’t sure about the location before we went there. But it was perfect! Not too far from anything. We even walked most of the time. Everything looks new. And best of all, unlike most of the reviews of every other hotel in Switzerland, the air conditioning worked great! Not sure why it is called a motel, because it is definitely a hotel. I highly recommend it!
