Great value, good quality, excellent location.
The hotel is very good overall. The room was a bit stark (white walls and white floor). Bed was somewhat firm, but not bad. Pillows were small and uncomfortable. The location is excellent. I would stay again when in Zurich.

Location!!
This is a location-location-location hotel with few fun quirks, but it lets itself down with slack maintenance service 6 days and no repair done. Air conditioning also had room always humid and even manually adjusted fan never gave fresh airflow or allowed towels to dry. We mistakenly had taken no daily servicing and paid the price.

It was a nice but small room near the train station in Zurich. It was a safe area. The room had a lot of electronic features that were nice but not could have been better described. In particular it was hard to figure out how to raise the outer window blinds and how to turn off the room lights.

Room was not as stated on website. I upgraded the room at considerable cost to a Loft Room which stated “Enjoy a room with a view….” The view was an enclosed area overlooked in all sides above a car park and rubbish bins.
