Das Personal war sehr freundlich. Was sehr entäuschend war,das die bilder auf der webseite nicht mit der realität stimmten. Ich wollte meine partnerinn überraschen mit der juniorensuite aber ja hätte das geld besser anders ausgegeben als für sowas. Werde ea nicht mehr besuchen da die preisleistung für mich nicht stimmt.

Lieber Gast Schade, dass Ihnen die Juniorsuite nicht gefallen hat. Wir haben 40 historische Zimmer, jedes ist anders, da macht so ein Haus auch einzigartig. Auf den Fotos bei den Juniorsuiten sind Fotos von allen 3 Zimmern abgebildet. Beim nächsten Mal bitte während des Aufenthaltes mit der Réception sprechen, sehr oft kann man da noch was machen, vor allem wenn Sie länger da sind.

ausser der "nicht mögliche Empfang" eines TV-Senders war alles tip top. Vor allem der Empfang beim für mich vollem Parkplatz, wurde durch einen bereitstehenden Mitarbeiter mustergültig gelöst.

Seehotel mit Geschichte

Wir waren mit der Familie nur eine Nacht, aber es war perfekt. Weihnachtlich war alles geschmückt, die Eisbahn direkt am Zürichsee hat uns sehr gefallen. Frühstück war hervorragend.
