This hotel had AC , it is brand new hotel with modern bathroom not like Zermatt , engelberg, Bern 100 year old hotel. They didn’t have electric kettle/coffee maker or microwave. Also there is no info on who to contact if there is any need off hours. Daytime they have staff around . You check in using kiosk . Across the street is bus stop that take you to airport. Aldi is across the street , micro’s grocery close by . Good place for layover before flight

Unfortunately, the service at this hotel isn't up to professional standards yet. I arrived 30 minutes before check-in time, but my room wasn't ready. I waited near the reception for another 30 minutes, but there was no update from the staff. Even after check-in officially began, my room still wasn't prepared. I ended up waiting over 10 minutes more. Before arriving at this hotel, my first visit to Switzerland had been wonderful. Unfortunately, this experience dampened those positive memories. The room was very clean (likely because it had just been cleaned), but it was dark and a bit hot. I couldn't adjust the temperature, as the AC was uncontrollable and the curtains were a thick, single layer that didn’t allow much light or airflow. Although the hotel emphasizes that the tap water is clean and safe to drink—complete with a picture of a glass—they don’t provide a glass or cup in the room. Lastly, the Wi-Fi connection was poor, even on the first floor. Location and the public transport are very good, so I expect their improvements in the near future.

Staff were nice and friendly and helpful. The AC in the room did not work. It was very very hot. They offered to move us (family of four) after we used the rooms they put us in. We were able to see if the AC worked in the new rooms before we moved and it did not. They offered us another room which we decided against due to the hassle. For such a newly opened hotel it’s hard to believe the AC does not work in so many rooms. There was no coffee maker in the room and they weren’t serving breakfast by the time we left. The shower in the room had a door that was dual purpose door for the bathroom and door for the shower. The water would splash out of the shower area and get the floor very wet. If the AC worked I would give this 4 stars. If the AC worked and there was coffee in the room I would give this 4.5 stars.

I heard it just opened so it’s a brand new hotel. It’s a nice hotel. Convenient and accessible location from train and bus stations, few minutes from ZRH airport. I stayed for 5 nights. My concerns were, #1 AC, the most important one since it was hot in my room. Eventually I was moved on my 4th night.Still not the coolest but better than the first room. #2 WiFi/TV Terrible connection. Understandable it’s a new hotel but they should’ve done major quality control before they started operations. In fairness, bed was comfortable. I just really need AC, WiFi/TV. I think they’re working on that. I’d definitely stay here again if ever I’m in Zurich. I’d actually recommend this hotel granting they fixed the issues.

We had booked the Sleep hotel for our last night in Switzerland before our flight out the next day. When we got there we came to know that we were the very first guests to check in to the brand new hotel. The facility and room was clean and comfortable. Highlight for us was the staff...the most friendly and sincere crew we've ever experienced (our family travels a lot). The whole reason I'm taking the time to put in this review is because of how amazing the service was. They were keen to get feedback, extremely sincere about how they went about fixing small things that had not been set up yet, etc. When we were checking out and needed a taxi, one of the staff walked with us and made sure we found transportation to the airport. Huge thanks to every one of them. Besides the stellar service, location is very convenient, just 5mins to Zurich airport, steps away from train station and next to nice restaurants and a huge supermarket

Trevligt bemötande och sköna sängar.
Fantastiskt hotell 200 meter från tågstationen Kloten. Moderna rymliga rum med allt som behövs för en övernattning i sköna sängar. 7 minuter med taxi eller 15 minuter med buss från avgångshallen på Zurich flygplats.
