"Schlechter Kundenservice. Wir hatten einen toten Käfer auf dem Bett und generell war es nicht sehr sauber. Die Mitarbeiter sind nicht sehr Serviceorientiert. Wir hatten in der Nacht einen Feueralarm und es wurde nicht mit den Gästen kommuniziert. Was los ist, ob wir warten müssen oder ob man wieder in die Zimmer kann... Auch stand auf der Seite es gäbe kostenlose Parkplätze. Das stimmt nur begrenzt. Wenn die 15 Plätze voll sind, muss man auf den öffentlichen Parkplatz und bezahlen. Das könnte man auf der Homepage auch so schreiben. "
