"When we checked it it was very crowded, the staff was very patient and accomodating which was truly appreciated. Although it was a one night stay passing through to the Airport they helped us with transportation arrangements to the airport for our early morning departure!"

But the onsen has odd closing hours for such a large hotel making it pretty busy during our stay. We’re accustomed to hotel onsens being closed only 2-3hours a day but at OMO5 ..."
