"I got to the hotel and he saw that I was limping. I told him about my knee surgery and he put me on the bottom floor right next to everything greatly appreciated. I've been to a lot of hotels over the past years. No one has ever offered to do that for me without me.Asking great customer service."

"Looks recently refreshed on the exterior, very nice. Interior was re done perhaps a few years ago. They did a great job on the shower! Slept well but the pillows were too thin & only two of them for a king bed."
