What you can expect

Board one of our custom-built jungle vehicles for this narrated back-country tour that navigates through historic Hakipu'u. Kualoa has preserved and maintained the natural beauty of the area and begun restoration of forests, which house endangered native fauna as well as Hawaiian lo'i.

A personal guide drives you through isolated stream beds and tackles some rough terrain before ascending up a hill. Here you can disembark and be greeted by one of the most dramatic views of the windward coastline, where lush, undeveloped tropical valleys stretch out before you.

Ancient Hawaiians considered Kualoa one of the most sacred places on the island of Oahu. It was the residence of kings, a place of refuge and sanctuary, a pu'uhonua, and a training ground for Hawaiian royalty who were instructed in the arts of war, history, and social traditions.

Well worth it. Lot's of fun on the bumpy roads up the valley, leading to an excellent lookout for the ranch. On the way down went through multiple movie sets. Trevor was full of great information about the local history of Hawaii and the ranch. Job well done.

The tour guide is nice! All stuffs there very happy and helpful. I want to give 5 stars for all that stuffs but for the tour itself very boring! It said Jungle Jurassics Expedition , I thought gonna be more or mix of Little of each But they just drove us up and down go around and around the hills and stop for little bit like 3 spots. That is!!! 90 minutes gone by quick. Not recommended this tour. They took us to south of the ranch nothing interested like the north! All Jurassics things and where movie shoot was in the north!!! Chose Jurassics one or Hollywood site will better than this. And then I got stuck after because have to wait for shuttle bus at 1 pm. They won’t let me do another tour because I might miss the bus. My tour 9.20 and ended at 11 and nothing to do till 1pm 😓
